1. Go to Company profile.
  2. Select "Files" from the left hand side of the screen. 
  3. Click "Add file".
  4. Upload the document. 
  5. Select the category that you want the document to appear in (eg: "Training" "General"
  6. Add a description (optional)
  7. Select whether you want all employees to view the document, or only some.
  8. Enter the names of employees who can view the document. 
  9. Click "Save".
