As you invite your team to Air, you might also want to send an email to inform everyone of the move, what to expect and answer any questions they might have to make roll out as smooth as possible. Below is an email template you can use (and edit, if necessary) to send to your team.
We’ve just started using Air, a cloud-based HR system which will help us track time-off and store personal and company information in one secure location. You will each have received an email inviting you to log in and create an account. This will start the onboarding process where you'll be asked to fill in your information - it should just take a few minutes to complete.
Air HR allows us to manage holiday requests, sickness, and any other absences more efficiently. You'll also be able to sync Air to your calendar so you can see who's away!
As Air will be used to store your personal information, security and data protection are really important. Air HR is fully committed to protecting user data and privacy and keeping your information safe, you can read more about that here.
