This help article outlines how Air's has been designed to help company Advisors use Air.
Step 1: Sign up for an account in Air
Make sure you use the same email address to the one you'd like other companies to invite you with. You don't need to create a company once you've created your account (although the system will prompt you to do this). Once you've set up your name, email address and password, you can simply stop the process there and move to Step 2 below.
Step 2: Request invite
Ask companies that you advise to invite you to the company as an "Advisor".
Once you accept their invite, you'll see this new company in the drop-down at the top right of the screen when you login. You can easily switch between the different companies you advise.
Step 3: You're all set
You'll now be able to access the companies records on Air and advise them on how they can do the best job possible to make their company a success.
Step 4: Create companies for people
Once you have an account with Air, you can even create accounts within Air on behalf of your clients. Click the "Set up a new Company" at the bottom of the "Account Settings" screen - accessed from the top-right settings menu.
Remember, the payment settings of an account are linked to individuals, so if you'd prefer your client to pay for Air directly, you'll need to give them Admin privileges and ask them to enter their payment details.
