To make a change to an employee's time off balance (for example: Time off in Lieu or Correction):
Go to the employee's profile.
Click on the Time off tab.
Select the Balance History tab.
Select the type of time off you adjust using the dropdown menu.
Click Add Adjustment and then enter the amount of time (in days) to add to the employees balance. You can also add a short description so you can remember what the adjustment was for.
Note: you can enter decimals (e.g. 1.25) and negative numbers (e.g. -5)
