To make a change to an employee's time off balance (for example: Time off in Lieu or Correction):
- Go to the employee's profile.
- Click on the Time off tab.
- Select the Balance History tab.
- Select the type of time off you adjust using the dropdown menu.
- Click Add Adjustment and then enter the amount of time (in days) to add to the employees balance. You can also add a short description so you can remember what the adjustment was for.
Note: you can enter decimals (e.g. 1.25) and negative numbers (e.g. -5)
