First, ensure the employee is invited. If you didn't invite them when you added them, select the employee profile and click "Send Invite" at the top.

This will send them an email requesting them to log in and create their profile. They need to click through and follow the instructions on the screen. 

If your employee doesn't have their invitation, try re-sending the invite. 

Also make sure they have checked their spam filters.
